Self-monitoring guide

A "self-monitoring" guide is a document:

  • Prepared by and for the operators of a specific sector;
  • with instructions on how they can meet the statutory requirements for hygiene, traceability and self-monitoring;
  • approved by the Belgian Food Safety Agency.

In our case such a specific tool was developed for the sector of the road transport, the logistic and the cold storage industry in Belgium.
